protein calories

Apparently I am already over on my protein for the day. Is this a bad thing? It has all been very lean & healthy, but I'm not sure what to eat for the rest of the day now! I am pretty hungry (still have 756 calories remaining, and have yet to go to the gym (but will)).

How many of you stay in the exact amount for protein/fiber/fat/carb etc? Or do you just manage your overall calories?

Thanks!

Protein is the only one that I am not upset if I didn't go over. I try to make sure I go over everyday.

Unless the Doctors says otherwise, more protein is great! Protein, Fiber and Water are key!

Protein is set way to low anyway. Go over. On workout days, my protein is usually in the 120g range. Which is WAY over the MFP numbers.
