Hi my name Is Maria, I am 23 yrs old and I am a Stay at home mom of 2 toddlers. I haven't been able to lose the weight I gained after I had my second son. I saw a picture of myself about 2 weeks ago and I cried, I didn't recognized my self. At that moment I knew I had to do something about it. And here I am. I started working out and eating a lot healthier 2 weeks ago. I was 141 and I am currently at 137 today. So if anyone has any tips, they are very appreciated. :)
