Sticky missing

Did anyone else notice there's a sticky missing? Where did it go? Just curious because I always notice there are four stickys when I open the community thread and now there are only three. :huh:

    It looks like Mike took out the one regarding keeping everything user friendly and not going over a PG rating. It was posted about a month or so ago, maybe he decided it wasn't needed anymore.
