My progress after two weeks?

So , I lost 3 pounds after two weeks of diet and exercise, and Im assuming that its because I am gaining muscle with insanity and swimming i hope... Thats what it is right? I feel thinner... I look thinner... somebody tell me its not an illusion lol

    You gotta take some body measurements and keep up with those. Where you track your weight, there are other measurements - waist, neck, hips, etc. I'm also keeping an eye on body fat % since my scale measures that. 3 pounds is still definite progress, and if you are working out a lot, you could very well be building muscle. Are your clothes fitting/feeling/looking better?

    I definitely feel better, as for the clothes, its slightly better, i supposedly lost 1 inch off waist and hip and .5 off neck. Im doing insanity and swimming as excersise and soon ill do weights

    Most likey it is water weight but keep it up and muscle will be replacing the fat very soon!
