Resistance Bands

No this is not the newest Techno Band!!
But I did just rock out an upper and lower body workout using green and red bands! I thought about y'all who are in the North, and now having issues getting cardio workouts out of doors.
I have had these for years...don't even remember buying them. I went to the above web site and went through a work out.
Whew, and what a workout it was. I burned calories by keeping my heartrate up. With the bands you are causing the resistance, so you dont have to stop in the middle to pick up a different weight.
Just adjust your feet, or hands and bam-harder or easier.
I will let you know if I can walk tomorrow, after doing 50 squats!

My dad's doctor told him to start doing some resistance training... i remember this site. Maybe for me two:flowerforyou:0

D it was so awesome. When I felt it was too much, I just let up on the resistance. But most of the time I had to put MORE resistance, which made me feel stronger!
If your dad is going to PT ask them for the bands, they usually have them right there.
Hope your doing well, see your ticker is racing with mine. Mine hasnt changed this week, but I dont care cuz I am stronger! :flowerforyou:0 -
You 're most likely faster than me:laugh: ....I've been stuck gaining and losing the same two pounds for about a month:grumble: I will try to hunt down those resistance bands...we have them .....somewhere0
