    Mist with Olive Oil
    Sprinkle with Sea Salt

    I do the same with zucchini, with some dried chilli flakes if I want something spicy. SO good.

    Almonds, peanuts, or cashews. Plenty of protein, all the good fats, and are calorie dense for days when you just can't seem to meet your targets!

    I've taken a real liking to Kix dry cereal - and it's WAAAAAAAAY cheaper than 100 calorie packs of anything, or the protein bars/shakes, or whatever. And they are super crunchy! Whole wheat too!

    I love dry Kix cereal as well. Pumpkins seeds are good, watch the sodium though.
