Hello Everyone...Again

I have been a FP member off and on for quite a bit...I guess I go through cycles of thinking I can watch what I eat on my own but then I end up making poor choices and then eventually come back as it seems that logging my food keeps me on track!

I am looking for some buddies to keep me accountable :) as well as fun times!

I live in BC Canada and I am Vegan and a runner...but I also have about 20-30 pounds to loose, I know its a big range but I am looking to replace my "belly tire" and bat wings...with muscle :) or at lease build some muscle and tone up!

Anyway I hope to get to know some of you :) and wish everyone a Healthy Happy Day
