Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred

I'm getting ready to do the first part of JM 30 day shred. Is there somewhere that I may find the calories burnt so I can add them to my diary? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    it depends on your weight, I burn around 185 calories doing it!! oh and I weigh 135

    You can search "circuit training" and use it as a roughhh estimate, if you really need the placeholder. Since I can't really afford a HRM, that's what I do. I'm sure somebody else has a better idea, but this will do in the meantime!

    I think most people put it in as circuit training. I believe most people burn between 150 and 200 calories depending on their current weight, etc.

    I weigh about 199 and I burn about 250 -270 calories doing it, but I'm larger than some of the others.

    Thanks everyone. I put in general circuit training and it said something like 260 calories burned.
