Does anyone have recipes for tasty energy bars that's low calories and low fat? It gets expensive buying them all the time and they fill me up during the day when I'm working. Would be a lot cheaper and more conveniet for me (=

today I baked a tortilla shell in the oven covered with cinnamon It was like cinnamon flavored chips...oven 350 for 10 min....
