Sonny's BBQ Lunch & Dinner Portion Sizes?

We are having a family reunion tomorrow catered by Sonny's BBQ (yum). I have my nutritional information printed out and ready to view in order to make good choices tomorrow.

Here's the problem... their nutritional information is given only by "lunch portion" or "dinner portion." Does anyone have any idea how many ounces a lunch portion or a dinner portion entails? I want to be able to record accurately. Google isn't providing much help.

I had Sonny's Wednesday Night and ordered the lunch portion of sliced pork. They list it in Fitness Pal as 4.5 oz of meat. I think the sides are the same regardless. I don't know what the dinner portion is.

Good idea because a buffet set up makes it too easy to take too much!!!
