I consider my day to be when i wake up to when i go to bed, if it's past midnight, I log it for the day before. If that makes sense?0

I count my days from when I wake up till I go to bed.....so if I were to work out after midnight it would be for the day previous. Say I went to bed at 7pm though and woke up at 2am and decided to be up for the day and workout at 3am that would be for the current day since I've already slept and I'm up for the day.0

Day before. Your body repairs itself once you go to bed, so the food/exercise you took in from the past day won't truly take effect until you sleep.0

I would definitely say today because you have not gone to sleep yet.0

Today, definitelyyyy. Lol do you have a 24 hour gym? I've heard of those but have never tried it.0

I go from when I wake up until when I go to sleep.
Since I'm a night owl and am usually not out of bed before noon and not in bed before 2am - it's easier to keep track that way.0 -

I go to a 24/7 gym right now and I admit that I do love it. It's nice to go when *I* want to go and not have to go during prime hours.0 -
okay so sleep is the key. no 24 gym, just up really late like usual. my baby slept in so thus i slept in late, drank a lot of coffee, and i'm wide awake watching the matrix! figure I can kill some time and burn some calories. now that i know it wont count for today the 9th I better try to get some rest! thanks0

Ditto. I think of the time I go to bed as my recuperation period.0
