Haven't lost any weight yet. What am I doing wrong?

So I purchased the 30DS by Jillian Michaels, and I have been doing it religiously but i have barely lost any weight. I am on level 2 Day 4 right now. I think day 11 of the whole workout. And I've only lost around 2-4lbs. It's pretty depressing honestly. I'm not using weights because I gain muscle very easily, and I didn't purchase dumbbells. I haven't been eating very healthy either. Could that be it? I'm really getting very unmotivated. I made a new meal plan today. I just need motivation to go on

2-4 lbs in 11 days?
As far as I know that is a good, healthy rate of weight loss.0 -
cartern1 is great, losing 2-4lbs is fabulous and just the way it should be working. Also, it might help if you do do purchase the dumbells, or perhaps use some of those resistance bands? And if you eat well - no exercise programme can really be fully effective if you don't follow it the way in which you're told to.
But you're still doing really well! Don't get down, and don't give up0 -

I do low carb, then after a couple weeks I just eat a little, but I always keep up with my workout (insanity+running at least 30 minutes/4-5 days a week) , but I always stay at my min. calorie intake, or around that. I haven't lost much weight. What's my deal? Is it that my age/metabolism has finally caught up with me? I'm 30.0
