Adding exercise to diary

Hey guys & gals.

I tried adding my TMT (Tony Hortons Ten Minute Trainer) carido & lower body exercises to the exercise diary yesterday but they wern't known, and also how do I know how many calories I've burnt off?!

Can anyone help me?! I am sure its something simple... :flowerforyou:

    THe only thing I can really suggest is to get a HRM. I have one that way I know exactly how many calories I burn. Good luck though
