Relatively new

I am relatively new to MFP and first time on message boards. I am gaining weight. For over a year, I work out five days a week; three days kickboxing and two days weight training. I add a walk in there or do yard work and house hold chores etc. I am eating the alotted calories, within a 100 calories depending on the day. After a month on MFP I had lost 7 pound due to one big loss of 5 pounds in one week. since that large loss I am gaining. So now my total weight loss is only three pounds. I am terribly frustrated.....not giving up! I just want suggestions. I have read all the Newbie articles and not sure what to do....

    hi there
    and welcome to the site you will find there is alot of info on here and all you have to do is ask as we are all here to lose weight but your training is very good and can only put your gain to what your eating or drinking as I said its not your workout as that is spot on
    are you using the food chart as to what you are eating as I find that helps but dont give up.

    when you say food chart, I am not sure what that is.
