Did you eat out a lot on vacation? If you did you probably overloaded on sodium which can sometimes make you a bit puffy...maybe that's why your measurements are up in some places? Drink a lot of water and take measurements again in a few days!0

Are you sure that you are measuring in the exact same spots?0

Make sure you measure in exactly the same place each time! I measure across the line or certain freckles on my body, haha.0

I am not sure, but could it be muscle mass? If you are working out, the numbers can change in a week's time. That, and has been said, diet can affect our bodies also. And stress. And even atmospheric energy and the environment (humidity, weather, etc.). Like another poster said, I also find it sometimes challenging to measure in the exact same spots, and also using the exact same tension on the tape. Did I lose a half inch? If I pull the tape just a little bit more snug, or just shift it up or down a quarter inch here or there, I get different readings. The main thing I would concentrate on is to stay steady and consistent with your plan. Don't judge progress by one week or even two weeks, but by a long trend. I see your daily burns and how you come in under goal a lot and I would say that its going to pay dividends over the long haul. Keep it up and never let a number get you down! Just keep on kickin it!0

^This! I find a freckle, scar or other "landmark" to use. It might not be the "correct" spot for arm, thigh, etc but it's consistent.0 -
