I don't like this cold weather at all!! It makes it hard to get motivated to go walking outdoors. I guess I better get Richard Simmons out in the morning! Ijah, if you want to come over when you drop Jason off we can do a video or something.

My toes are frozen. My feet have been cold since last night. The cold is really hard to get use to since we don’t really have that much cold weather here in Arkansas.
Kaycee I take it that you live in Arkansas also.

Wow, I just saw your before pictures and you look amazing! I hope that will give me some much needed inspiration to get moving in the cold tomorrow morning.

Even if you can’t get outside walk in place in the house or better yet turn on some music and dance. Any and all movement helps and burns calories.
Being from Arkansas you know that this cold wont last long around here lol It never does.

I would have come over Kaycee but Terry took Jason to work.
I cant get my feet warm today, i guess i need to get moving.
I am still working on this page and updating everything. I have to do it in between mommy duties!

What part of Arkansas do you all live in? My hubby and son and I went to Petite Jean State Park last spring to go hiking. I absolutely loved it there! I had no idea Arkansas is such a beautiful state! I can't wait to visit again!

I am in South Arkansas.
Petite Jean State Park is really nice. I have been there many times. We have lost of really nice state parks for you to visit.
Next time you are in Arkansas let me know and maybe we can meet for coffee and visit.
