Has anyone tried this DVD yet? I'm going to get it today and was wondering for those of you who have tried it, what do you think? Is it anything like 30 day shred?
Would anyone like to join me in starting it today? I'd love to have some gals to talk to about this work out and its affect on our bodies. Please let me know!

I just finished it a week ago after completing the 30DS prior to that. It's an awesome workout and you definitely see results. It's very similar to 30DS except it's broken down into 4 weeks rather than just 3 levels.0

Yes I have it. If you liked her 30 Day Shred video, you will like this one. It is the same type of format. 3 intervals with 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute abs. However, I've found that it actually runs longer than the other video. Also, there are 4 levels in this video. I've also found it to be MUCH more difficult. I don't do the video everyday, but I've had it for about a month and have only made it up to Level 3 a few times. YIKES. Can't imagine what Level 4 would be like.0

Have you ever done the 30DS? Ripped in 30 was like a more intense version of that (to me anyway). I started it a couple months ago, but I let stress from work get in my way of completing it...I think I got to L3 tho. Currently I am doing round 2 of the 30DS.....I realize my ticker is horribly out of date... JM is way nicer in the 30DS too!! She''s a meanie in RIpped in 30, but I guess that works! I'm about a 1/3 of the way through with round 2, but I would like to restart RIpped in 30 right after that. Now to fix this exercise ticker...LOL!0

I have this DVD and a few others of JM. Since the weather has been nice; I have been outside alot more. So I have not used the DVD's very consistently lately. I would be willing to give it a try... but probably every other day.0

Okay, I just finished doing the RI30 and I have to say OMG! I had to modify when it got to circuit two of cardio, as I was to weak to keep up the running man pace, and I modified the hip "pop" lying on your side exercise, as I couldn't do that part. BUT, I got through it and I didn't give up , and for that, I am proud of me. :happy:
I may have to do Level 1 longer than a week to master it all the way through, but so be it. I cannot wait for me to lose this damn protuding belly, it isn't too jiggly, just sticks out so far and I'm so THICK around my middle. I hate it. :explode:
What is something good I could eat about thirty minutes prior t working out to fuel me through it so I don't become weak? I'm thinking something small that will burn quickly. Any ideas? I don't have the money right now to buy protein powder for smoothies, but I DO have apples, bananas, watermelon, and yogurt. Will any of those help?0
