Hey. I am here trying to lose that last bit of pregnancy weight. I want to learn to keep track of what I am eating better. With 3 kids I tend to get busy and snack rather than eat meals. The snacking I do really adds up the calories. I know how to eat right and what I should be doing but I lose the motivation to quickly. Time to change that. I am a year from 30 and I want to go into my 30's a new and healthy person.
