What now?

Ok, I lost my few first pounds and at first I was really excited. Then I had the urge to celebrate and I celebrate best with food. Not wanting to go down that path. What are some rewards, treats and celebrations that don't involve going out and blowing all my calories for the day? What do you do to 'celebrate' your weight loss. Note: I haven't exactly lost enough to buy new clothes yet. :)

    pedicures/manicures are always a nice treat. I have set goals in the past with the reward of new running shoes, cuter workout clothes, new workout dvd (not necessarily weight goals, but workout goals as well---whats the point of getting the new stuff if you're not going to use it? so I always had to prove to myself I would use them lol)

    if you're a reader, maybe a new book or magazine. new movie (or going out to the movies).

    choose something that will actually motivate you from the things you love to do. I find that always helps

    A massage, new sandals , new outfit , a new hair do , etc. Hope this gives you some ideas.
