Hello all, I downloaded the app from this website and looks like to be an easy way for me to log in my calories, I am a member of the biggest loser website, but they have a very unfriendly "sort of app" to log in food, so I was looking for something else and found this.
Just here to log food and lose some weight! I am a married graduate student, and will graduate next May, I gained a lot of weight since I started grad school due to all the paper writing and not eating right/being active. I am sure some of you can relate.
I don't have any kids yet, but maybe in a few years. I am going to Spain and Italy with my mother, and sister next month, so that is a motivator to lose some weight, even if it is 10 pounds I will feel more comfortable!

I just finished grad school, so I certainly understand what its like to be under the stress of a thesis/work sample in addition to a million other term papers that have to be due! Being in grad school is like a full time job, and sometimes it can be tricky to find the time to exercise. I would be happy to help support you in any way I can during this time. If you can get in a good quality 20-30 minutes a few times a week, you will be fantastic!

Welcome aboard. My mom actually introduced me to this site. When she said "its free" I said , heck yeah, that's my type of website. You should be held accountable for your daily intake and calorie output, however, you shouldn't feel like you are being judged. Everyone so far seems really nice and helpful. I hope this becomes a habit for you like it has for me. I am officially addicted to this site. Feel free to add me if you wish, for I too just started not too long ago. Motivation is the key, and we have it here.0
