I have come to terms with the fact that my life is beyond busy. 60+ hours of work a week plus a husband, 4 year old and 2 dogs. For the last 2 years my excuse has always been, "i don't have time". Well now, I am making time. I went to the farmers market 2x this week and both times as soon as I came home I washed and cut up all of the veggies. I pre-portioned them in ziplock baggies and weighed them. I wrote the weight on each of them so that when it comes time to pack lunch or make dinner, i dont have to bother with weighing everything out. I made a huge batch of veggie stir fry the other day and portioned it out into tupperware containers. It is great for my son too because he can just grab a baggie when he is hungry instead of reaching for chips or cookies. Just thought I would share that if you really dedicate yourself, you CAN make the time to make healthy choices.

That is awesome! That is something I haven't tried. I've bought a lot of veggies and fruit but now I need to divide it all up. Thanks for sharing & congrats to you for making time!
