Ive been using the microwave 100 calorie bags of kettle corn but saw on Dr oz how great this presto microwaave popper is so I am wondering what the advatage is because 3 tbs of kernels is 120 calories so it doesnt look like it saves any calories.

It won't save you calories, but you get WAY more if you air pop it. I do 2 tbs of kernels and it's about 5 cups when it's popped.

I have one. I'm not sure about calorie savings but they are cheaper, money wise, in the long run. I bought mine at Target for $8.99 and a thing of kernels in only $3 and lasts a LONG time. Plus it's better for you because it doesn't have all chemicals and such you get in the bags.

I love my air popper and know what`s in it.No salt or chemicals.
I get more popcorn I think than the bags for 100 cal.

I am going to look into getting one myself. They say the chemicals in the bags are really bad for you, so I haven't been eating popcorn. At least this way you put in it what you want in it and you don't get all that added crap that none of us need.
