I'm 5'6 and currently 164 hoping to get down to 140 but this last week I've been thinking less about the number on the scale and more about how I feel. At the moment I'm still classed as overweight for my height so would def like to get to what is considered a normal weight highest is 154. I think I will be happy when i can get in a size 12 uk trousers comfortably.0

5'8", medium frame. Currently weight 171 lbs and hope to be 150-155 lbs. I'm looking to be tone and fit, so am fine if my weight is a little "high".0

5' 2" eyes are blue and currently 113#s. 110 is comfy for me but 105 gives me lots of stretching room when needed.0

IM 5'2' (ISH) and currently weigh 111lbs, my goal is to lose about 5 more and continue toning. If I happen to not lose any pounds but tone and gain more muscle, Im definitely ok with that! Im a petite gal :-)

I am 5' nothing. I set 130 as my goal weight cause I have been there and it seems perfect for me. Not too thin, not too chubby.0
