Bikini Body.

I work out my whole body and I've been doing it for months. I have changed my diet and exercise routines but I still can't get my ideal body. I want abs!! Ever since I've been eating more heathy foods and increasing my abs my two pack I had seems to be missing. When I suck in you can definitely see it but thats about it. I want them to show without sucking in!! I wanna be skinny but show some muscle, I do about 500 different style of crunches, squats, lower ab/leg exercises, cardio and free weights with my arms. I'm getting discouraged. Can you blame me? I'm 21, surrounded by other women who look good and constantly read shape magazine. I see others and wanna look like them. I can get that ideal body from relapsing my ED but I won't do that. I don't think that with my body frame I cannot achieve my goal. I'm 5 foot and weigh 90 pounds. Any hope for me?

Try the Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack? if you're already fit it shouldn't be too hard, for me, it's going to take more than 6 weeks haha0

Also try adding some protein. Maybe a shake or two a day. I like EAS Chocolate Whey. Its tastes really good. Good Luck and keep up the good work!0

You can also try Hip Hop Abs by Shawn T or Rev Abs by Brett Hoebel, both are awesome ab workouts. Let me know if you'd like more info.0

im looking online and i can't find that. I might start zumba soon, do u think that should help my abs out?0
