new food

I tend to eat the same food every week which I think has added to the reason that I haven't lost any more weight (as well as the fact that i obviously need to exercise a lot more, which i am going to do!)

But I was just wondering if anyone could give me any ideas to vary my food. At the moment I seem to be sticking with salad, veg, chicken, or pasta.

I'm fairly fussy over my food, but I do like most vegetables, chicken, salad, (hmm, cant think of anything else! ...:/ )

But if anyone has any ideas for some new meals for me that would be good :)

    There are a lot of ideas at WW site (http://www.weightwatchers.com/food/rac/index.aspx).
    I also tend to eat a lot of the same food for breakfast and snacks. My meals vary for lunch and dinner, but I use MFP to make "better" choices. I admit that a lot of my weight gain was probably from potato chips and beer.
    I've substituted nuts for chips, but haven't found a good beer substitute.
