How do you post pictures?

I would like to post a picture how do you make it so it shows up on my post not just as a link?

The way that I have been told to do it (and do it) is to have a photobucket account. Once you have the photo(s) uploaded that you want, you copy the IMG link. Paste that here in your post, but remember to change the IMG at the beginning and end of the link to lower case img
