Drinking more water will not make you fat. Water flushes out our bodies, keeps us hydrated. If you body is dehydrated (most are if you don't drink water that much) that can mess with your metabolism. I drink 64-100 oz a day typically 80 oz.
I've heard you can base how much water you should drink on your weight - if you weigh 200 then drink 100 oz (half of your body weight)0
