Hi all. Here recently I started my food journal and my diet again. I started going to the gym and working out for about 60-70 minutes, and at first I was fine. Now I'm starting to feel sick constantly, around my stomach and nausea too. Also even though I cut my food portions down and I'm exercising, I'm not loosing any weight? Any advice or knowledge as to what might be going on?

Thanks for any support.

did you change your diet? adding new foods, even foods you think may be healthy, could be messing with your system.

How long have you been trying to loose weight? It's not going to just disappear.. sadly.. It takes time and work, keep it up and you WILL see results.

Not being able to see your food diary there is not much we can say. We can guess, but that will not really help you. Your ticker shows 13 pounds lost already, so you are losing some weight. Your information shows you just joined in July, so if you have lost those 13 pound in the 9 day of July, you are doing extremely well, although that is losing weight at much to fast a rate.
  • I apologize, my diary is now open. I didn't really change my options of food. I just changed my portions.

Based on what I am seeing in your diary you may simply not be eating enough. There are days where you are close to the allowed calories, but other days you are thousands off. Large extra calorie deficits seem quite common in your diary. How active are you in your normal like outside of the exercise as the gym? If you are quite active in your job (a lot standing and walking) that will eat up calories as well. It is hard to say but I would suggest trying to eat more to see if that gives you more energy. You also might want to cut down on the fast food/processed food and start to eat more veggies and home cooked stuff.
  • I work with the public, so yes, I do a lot of walking and moving. I completely understand about the fast food & processed food! LOL. I am starting to see that it is taking a toll on my journal. (: I appreciate you taking time to respond.
