All or nothing is KILLING ME!

Blerg. I'm hungry, but I don't know what I want. I feel like anything healthy sounds BoRiNg. I feel like, screw it, I just won't eat. I already had a "splurge" meal today, well, technically today, it was actually at like 1 in the morning, but I added it to today's cals. Yeah, I don't know that's allowed or not, but I did it. Anyway, I'm rather overwhelmed right now...the thoughts in my head are as follows:
YOU NEED TO EAT SOMETHING
Go to mom's and do laundry
Take a shower
EAT EAT, DON'T EAT, No, wait....eat, no, don't
Don't forget about your Shakespeare homework
You should probably just go ahead and knock out your media writing assignments today
You really need to clean up the house, those dishes won't clean themselves
So, you gonna get some food?? Chik-Fil-A??
You really need to go grocery shopping, oh, yeah, that's smart while you're starving...

CAN ANYBODY RELATE WITH THIS?
If you want to pray for me, that'd be awesome.

Ok, well, I think I'm done ranting.
God bless!

Just have a healthy snack and then decide so you're not starving while trying to think of what to eat. One splurge meal isn't going to kill weather it was yesterday or today. Just continue to eat healthy and you'll be fine. What ever you do don't give up!!

Oh yeah! Been there...often! Still go there! Good to see you're recognizing the issues though! Seems like the time we think about going shopping the most is when we really shouldn't!

Just take one thing at a time. I know that's easier said than done. Are you hungry? Then eat. Not hungry? Don't eat. And yes, prayer said that He will help you with the stress and be calm. Take care.

Some days I just eat more...and that's ok. I give myself one day a week to be 300 calories or less over my goal, and one day that I'm WAY over my goal. That may not work for everyone, but it does for me.

Either way, if you're really, truly hungry (not bored or upset or whatever) and you eat, I think that's a good thing.
