New here, not new to dieting!

:tongue: So, here I am... only got one friend and she talked me into trying this, but I'm sure I will meet lots of ppl to help me on my way here! Been struggling with my yo-yo weight loss for years & need something new to get me back on the 'trail' to good health! Next step...remember to come online here every day...wish me luck!

    Stop dieting. Eat as healthy as possible and use the food diary to record what you like and do eat. Dieting always sounds like someone elses idea of what you should be eating and that is why it doesn't really work for the long term. If you try to eat foods that are good for you and know the calories (from the food diary numbers), then use reasonable portion control, you should start losing and be able to keep it up. Good luck.
