Insanity beat down

Is it normal for my ribcage to feel like its been beaten by a bat after the first week of month 2 Insanity? lol Everything's been sore from this week, it's pretty killer... but my ribs are tender to the touch. Is it because I'm working my core more? But then why don't my abs hurt just as much? Is it due to doing something incorrectly? I haven't felt injury pain while doing the work outs. Is it just from breathing harder? ... Hmm, I just don't know. Anyone else feel this after they started month 2?

I hate when no one comments on you're post. It's so discouraging. Or when the answers aren't helpful.:flowerforyou:0

Seriously?? I'm the only one EVER to feel this way? Hmm, interesting... I think I'm a medical marvel! lol0

I've had this before, or at least something similar. I think chances are it comes from working muscles you haven't really worked before in such a way. I had this for a few days, but it went away and hasn't come back. So that's my best guess.0
