Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs Day

I just finished the last workout of Insanity for week 2... Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. I never thought it humanly possible to sweat this much.
I am exhausted - I put together my protein shake in the blender and decided to drink it straight out of that. The thought of finding a glass seemed like too much work after all of that jumping around and craziness!!
I laughed pretty hard as my boyfriend gave a funny look at the blender in my hand as I sit on the couch and told me how proud he was of me for sticking to this.
Insanity is the best workout program I have tried - SO HARD, but entirely worth it!

We are on the same schedule b/c I just finished the same thing workout this morning. I was pretty beat myself, but got my Results and Recovery formula in me then went to the gym for an hour long spin class.0

that is the workout I did today but I'm doing a P90X and insanity hybrid. Good fo ryou for stickin with it! month 2 is a lot more challenging believe it or not! keep it up!0

:noway: Wow, why are you combining insanity with additional cardio? Seems like you did plenty!
I do Insanity workouts every now and again. I did one round but may never do a second in its entirety unless it's a hybrid. I think it's a great program but hard on the body.0 -
I LOVE Insanity! I had been doing insanity for a while and just started ChaLEAN extreme last weekend! It is great to switch it up and do some strength training now, but will be doing another round of Insanity after I finish ChaLEAN! Shaun T made me sweat like I've never sweat before!0
