Whoohoo the big 1-0!!!

I've hit 10lbs lost!!! 1.5lbs of which came off over the last week when I was vacationing in Texas eating out every meal!!! Guess that just shows what making good choices and sticking with eating portions can do!

I'm happy to say that I've gone from a snug 16 jean, to a comfy 14, as well!
