Howdy all!

All the wet nasty weather up there is bringing our first crisp night here. This week will be our first hit of the 40s (no rain though :grumble: ). Can't decide if I'll try biking tomorrow as the winds will be fairly strong and it will be chilly for a Texan.

Yesterday I did 90 minutes on the bike and a 30 minute walk. It's interesting not counting calories - I couldn't remember how long I walked. Today is walk, weights, and yoga. I'm also helping a friend move - but I think it's just packing stuff up.

AD - Fruit Loops are sugar with a vitamin, right?

Would be interesting to fill a back pack with our weight lost (not for V or CP - you guys lost more than would safely fit) and carry it around all day - doesn't even sound pleasant - probably give us a shoulder injury.

Happy Workouts!

Mary

Well I've returned from vacation with a new found inspiration! This week will be a lot of getting the house organized and prepared for winter, but on Sunday I will begin my 90 days of P90x with a premade 5-meal a day plan. I can't wait! I only did the first 30 days of P90x before life took it's toll and I started making excuses, but I saw great results in that first month. I can't wait to see what a whole 3 months will do!

    So today...
    Stay in calories
    Drink more water
    Unpack and clean the house

    Morning,
Not feeling the greatest this morning, thanks to AF. I'm not sure what I will get done today. I was thinking I could at least work upper body if nothing else. I did 217 push ups this morning and strangely found it easy(er). Maybe I just wasn't getting down as low. I want to work on biceps and the back of my arms so I should work them today. Maybe I'll do shred level 1 without the abs.
The weather is great. I'd go for a walk but it's raining off and on. Like Rach, I need to work on the house. I started sorting toys yesterday to put some away and separate them in boxes, so my son can find them easier. Maybe that's what I will work on today. At least I have to be burning a few calories that way.
Looking forward to AF going away so I can get back to hard work. Oh and it's grocery day again. Blah! So making a list.
I rambled on about a bunch of nothing. Hope you all have a great day!

I actually did see how far I could carry two forty pound bags of dog food in the pet store a while ago. . .answer: Not far. Yikes.

Today it's bikram later, my water and my vits. Also, I really need to get back on a work schedule. I'm becoming the queen of procrastination.

    Take care of yourselves!:flowerforyou:

Hey everybody. I am recovering from work. Just in case any of you happen to find yourselves in a big computer server room someday, and you see a big red button that says EMERGENCY POWER OFF, here's a FYI for ya - please don't press it. It may look enticing, but I guarantee it creates a lot of havoc for people like me.

    Seriously. :frown:

My agenda for the evening - dinner, push-ups, school work. That should do it! Have a good evening.

Hey CP, my hubby is a tech and can so relate to what you said. Ha ha ha. I do feel sorry for you IT people.. Working on computers is a lot like working on cars.
Alright so I gave in and made some of my favorite chocolate cookies (the no bake ones) but only half a batch! I'm sure they won't last long and I will have to work it off tomorrow and Friday. Hopefully I will feel up to it tomorrow.
