its at the end of my day and I have 200 cals left what should i eat. Something thats not heavy or dairy that will keep me up tonight. but satisfying.

    Nuts? Fruit? Peanut butter? My go to is Skinny Cow ice cream. :)

    Personally, I'd have a 1/2 whole grain wheat roll and 1tbs of Nutella, which together equals 150 calories. But, I have been SO in love with Nutella lately. it is the devil for sure!

    I would suggest a lovely glass of red wine. It is 122 calories and bringing a very nice end to a busy, busy day.

    If you want something sweet, try some fruit (I love a cup of strawberries sprinkled with Splenda or Equal.)
    If you want something salty, try some pretzel sticks. (If you want to spice them up a bit, even though it's dairy, they taste amazing with cream cheese.)

    Or just have a bowl or cup of cereal, no milk. Yum!
