My husband made homemade chili over the weekend, and I am having problems figuring out how many calories to count for this. I see there are a few homemade chili options to choose from, but the calories range from 193 to the 400's! I know that he used lean beef, I think 93%, a can of kidney beans, pinto beans, onions, and lots of tomatoes. Any suggestions on how I would add this up?

Thanks, I will try that! :flowerforyou:

    http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/recipe_analysis.php

is actually a bit easier to use.
