how to lower sugar intake

each day when i do my food entires, my sugar is almost always over.. i get most of my sugars from fruit, but still, i was wondering if there were any good ways to significantly reduce sugar in one's diet. thanks!

    I too would like to know how to low my sugar intake. That seems to be the only thing that I struggle with.

    Unless you have diabetes, I would not worry to much if it natural sugar (like in fruit) as long as you are staying away from refined processed sugars.

    It's not going to matter if you go over your sugar intake as long as you're in a caloric deficit. This is because of the laws of thermodynamics. Your body will create heat out of the calories you eat to perform all functions of daily life. If you have extra calories, you will store them as fat. Carbs are even better because you can store them as muscle glycogen so, technically, you could go over on some days without gaining any fat.
