trying to get back on the bandwagon!!!

Hey all,
2 years ago I did remarkable using myfitnesspal. I got down to 17% bodyfat and was in the best shape of my life! Since then, I had a baby, who is now 15 months old. I am doing great with my excersising - I do bootcamp 3 days a week and run at least 4 miles the other two workout days! I hit my pre-pregnancy weight before my baby turned one, but my body is not where it should be. I am having trouble stopping the Dr. Pepper and eating everything in sight. My belly always feels swollen(if that makes sense). I don't know what to do to motivate myself at this point. I need some positive reinforcement from my fellow myfitnesspalers!!

  • Welcome back Honey! You will do great. I had a thing for DP at one point too. I used to drink a full 12 pack a day! WOW! Now I can't stand even a sip. You will get there my dear. I hope you are enjoying your beautiful baby! :)
