Could someone tell me if I still would get messages if I disable my email from accepting replys? It is my work email and I would like to be notified when I checck into the site which I do many times a day, s this ok? thanks for the help

    not entirely sure what you're asking. i have my email notifications turned off. so i only get an alert when i log on MFP.

    Yes, if you uncheck the types of notifications you would like to receive via email, you will still receive the new message notifications on the MFP website. You could also sign up for a free Gmail account and use that instead if you still wished to receive notifications, etc. The only notifications you will not get on the MFP website is when people comment on your posts. Those you have to manually scroll down and look for.

    Great...I will gradually catch on, am doing better, now f I could only lose some pounds but am trying hard and am going to try to eat healthier, I do have awful eating haabits..thanks again
