Work in progress w/ new pic!

I posted a full body pic not long ago on my changes during my journey to lose weight, which started January 11 2011 -- but today I came across a close-up face shot I didn't know I had from when I was at my heaviest. Compared to the pic I took yesterday, I look like a different person ...and I'm okay with that!!!

41.9lbs gone forever! This is a work in progress as 43.5 is my halfway mark, but so far I am extremely pleased with the progress I have made!

    First, thanks everyone!!!

    I'm not doing anything special honestly. Staying within my drs ordered 1100-1200 calories a day, and exercise. I swim several times a week, but before summer I was doing zumba, wii fit+, pilates, yoga, treadmill, etc. Swimming has been my only real form of exercise since the end of May. I've also started walking again on Thursday. A mile in the humid OK heat is all I do for now, but a workout is a workout :)
