Rant: Do you know how hard it is to....

Do you know how hard it is to stay motivated when your competitor is full of excuses!
I need someone around with my weight 74.4kg/164lb, 165cm tall.... to in the sense work their *kitten* off to keep me motivated!
I cant help that its the only way I can push myself!
Let me start at the beginning.... I started at 95 kilo/ 209lb......I cut out alot of the excessive junk out of my diet and walked for an hour every week day....A mate walked with me at tafe and I had that support and praise. 17 kilos / 37lb down and I didnt have that tafe walk anymore....amazing what 6 months did! From 95kilo/ 164lb down to 78kilo / 171 lb.......
I had self motivation after I put 7 kilos/ 11lb back on! I decided I cant change my diet due to my eating habits and taste buds so I cut my meals down to portions! It has worked I got from 85kilo/ 187lb down to 76 kilos/167lb since august last year.....though proud as I am that it worked I have been at a platue for the last 2 months! 75 kilos!/ 165lb....
I have just started back at the gym, i eat my calories and seen the tiny results and I am still playing with my technique seeing whats going to work for me and what fails miserably...
I jogged at the gym on thursday last week! Me! Jogged...for more then 45 seconds! My mate should have been thrilled....she said cool....I jogged for 10 MINUTES! Friday My boss was proud and challenged me to run at 10km/h so I did only for 4 minutes but hey who wants to run that fast when they pulled both groin muscles and a hammy :P all good though I dropped the pace to 7km/h and interval jogged/run 6.5 km/h every minute swapped....I never thought I could run or jog more then my forced 45seconds....
The point I am trying to make is....I need that support I need that challenge I SUCK BY MYSELF!
My mate doesnt appear to bothered when we make challenges I asked her constantly walked today? Gymmed today? I gave her a free pass 3 month membership to my gym over dedicated people.....
I want to go places without my fat, I guess because she needs a guy to be interested in her to motivate her to get off her *kitten* Ill be stuck forever....
I am not being nasty, just stating facts, she has high potential to lose 10X as much as me in a month and she choses to waste membership and make excuses. I cant be fitness minded with her anymore, she brings me down
Anyone want to physically keep me on my toes? Daily MFP interaction to see what we did....I need a spark!

Good to read your story, you have accomplished a lot so far and should be proud of your yourself. I have only just re-started on MFP and I think I'm sitting around the same as you at the moment (from last weigh in): 74kg and height is 170cm. Your more then welcome to add me if you like I'm hoping to lose another 10kg at the most0
