Stuck with breakfast!!!

I don't have time to eat breakfast before work so I eat when I arrive at my desk. We don't have a kitchen area at work, so does anyone have any good suggestions for breakfast that doesn't require cooking? Breakfast is my hardest meal as can't cook anything, so end up eating bad cereal filled with high sugar that makes me hungry before 11am!
Any suggestions would be great

Why not throw a fesh fruit salad together the night before or some yoghurt with fruits and honey and granola, look for Healthier cereals that are high in fibre and slow release carbs, take a banana in to slice over it. If you feel a bit naughty a cold sausage sandwich and run home!0

I've had this breakfast for almost 6 moths and is healthy and
so easy and you will get all the vitamins you need to boost you day::::
Country Home - 2% Reduced Fat Milk, 1 cup (240ml)
Nescafe - Frappe (Wrong Data - to Be Updated), 2 tsp (about 2-3 g) regular glass 250ml-300ml, no sugar, no milk
Peanuts - All types, raw, 50 g
All these is 418 calories and you'll have the energy all day......

I (almost) always eat yoghurt with müsli (cereals? no sugar). It's quick and make me go until lunch. Or instant oatmeal, all I need is hot water.0

I tried wholegrain swedish toast topped with organic peanut butter and a banana this morning, it was lush.0

I eat a banana, 8 almonds and a string cheese every day for breakfast. I eat at my desk too and I have found that it is a great balance of carbs, protein and healthy fats for a breakfast that you don't have to cook or prepare in any way. Since you don't have a kitchen area, I would suggest keeping almonds in your desk drawer and then keeping fruit and string cheese in your refrigerator at home but then just grabbing one of each before you walk out the door. Or, you could always keep enough bananas/apples/whatever for the 5 day work week in your desk and they wouldn't go bad in that time, so then you would only have to grab the string cheese. (Or maybe you do have a refrigerator at work, just not a stove, so you could keep the fruit and cheese there).0

Easiest and fastest I can think of: Peanut Butter on whole wheat bread-- if you are really in a hurry make it the night before....portable, inexpensive, healthy and keeps you full. Or,if you can get the sugary cereal, why not buy some non-sugary cereal like bite size shredded wheat or wheatabix or cheerios, or raisin bran.. .or another fast and easy idea: buy some small packs (or re-pack yourself from large containers to save money) of peanuts or sunflower seeds or other nuts like walnuts...paired with a cup of plain low fat yogurt (and if possible some fresh fruit), you get full and stay full-- plus get nutrients like calcium, Vitamin D, etc. One last idea: whole grain crackers with sliced cheese or peanut butter -- once again, fast, full of good nutrients and will keep you full and focused too. Best!0

I agree with peanut butter on whole grain (I like Orowheat Health Full), but usually for breakfast I have fat-free greek yogurt (Fage 0%) with 1c Natures Path Optimum Slim cereal. The combo is highish in sugar (14g) but also has TONS of protein and fiber and keeps you full and energized for hours.0

Thanks everyone!!! Have no kitchen area at all which is so annoying!!! The fruit and yogurt sounds right for me, as can keep it in a cool bag till I get to work. Thanks!!0

Carnation Instant Breakfast! If you're a low-carb person, they have low/no sugar options. Otherwise, a couple of Jimmy Dean microwaveable sausages or an Atkins shake and some low-everything yogurt fills me up0

I eat a little non fat yogurt each day so I'm not exercising on an empty stomach.
I know this isn't probably what you are looking for, but why not get up 1/2 an hour earlier?
Best,
