Help me beat the Hunger

I need some help, I am changing my diet from eating whatever takes my fancy to a more healthier option (lost 5 pounds so far). I just get really hungry between meals especially at work, I am trying to snack on fruit rather than crisps. Does anyone else get really hungry all the time? What heps you?

    Drinking water helps fill you up.

    I think just keeping busy distracts me, as well.

    Finally, like with everything, you can remind yourself "this feeling will pass" :)

    Sugar free chewing gum keeps me going plus water, 10 almonds, cups of tea.
