Okay so I know it is so typical to make a New Years Resolution and then by February 1 have abandoned it. But I really want to make this work. I saw my sister at Christmas and she has lost 85 pounds. I know if she can do it so can I, I just have to stick with it. I found this site by accident, but I know journaling and keeping track of all of these things helps to keep you motivated.

I don't want to be the skinnest person in the world, I just want to be able to walk into a department store and try on what the manequin is wearing and have it fit. Is that too much to ask for?

Oh, some more energy would be nice too!
