I am starting on week 3 of Insanity Monday! I just wanted to know, who else besides myself is getting "Insane".... Just looking for some extra support! Keep pushing play!

    I'm in my first week and have never breathed so hard or sweat so much. This better be worth it and I hope this gets easier. You're in week 3. What changes have you noticed? Great job!

    I start my fourth week on monday im just a week ahead.. I LOVE it ive lost 12.5 pounds in 3 weeks! pretty amazing workout

    I have been thinking about buying the insanity videos and now you have me convinced that I need to. I was worried about spending all that money on something, and maybe hating it. But it sounds like it is worth the "hate" and hard work! :)

    @itsirk1978 I love it! It is indeed hard work, but you get such a rush when you finish! I hope you invest in it.....

    lol Insanity is pretty awesome you use your own body weight and push as hard as you can go its a pretty much go at your own pace workout, the harder you push the better the results! Its quick usually about 45 min a day 6 days a week one recovery day which is a light workout.     For sure! If you log onto teamBeachbody.com like shaun T says after every workout there is TONS of support on their as well Its seriously such a motivational community.

    Thanks! I'll check it out... I started doing hot yoga a couple weeks ago, did it twice and then it cleared up so I went back to riding my bike. I think it's a similar idea, using your own body weight to strengthen your muscles. Now I'm sick and taking anti-biotics so I can't work out, grrrr~
