Calories do you burn washing and waxing your car? And how do I find out how many calories I am burning with extra activity like that?

    If you don't have a hrm to wear try taking your pulse several times and using this site:

    enter 35 in VO2 like she says. I find it pretty reliable in comparison to my HRM and machines

    HA! I was wondering the same thing the other night when I cleaned and treated all my leather interior. Wished I'd worn my HRM afterwards because I worked up a surprisingly good sweat :smile: .

    I did too! Took me from 9am to 3pm to get it washed, waxed twice, and detailed on the hottest most humid day of the freakin year!! I checked another website's calculator and it said I burned 2741 calories...I hope that's true!
