Hi All,
Need some advice, I will be running my first 5k and it is the Warrior Dash. I am don't feel all that good about it, but I am looking forward to running it anyway and saying I did it. Anyway, the race is in the morning at 9, I am not sure about what I should have to eat before. I was thinking something like eggs and juice or oatmeal.
Any thoughts from the runners out there?
Thanks for your help.

I think I had an asiago cheese bagel for breakfast with a Pepsi Max, and a Gatorade on the hour long drive to the Dash. So... no different than any other day.
You're going to LOVE IT! The running is broken up by the obstacles, so it's easier than running a 5k straight. And it's just so much fun. We were smiling and laughing through the whole thing... until we got to the mud pit.
