Venus Index - Anyone doing it?

I'm doing Venus Index for my strength training and I really like it. I've already done NROLFW and I liked that, but I actually like this a little better. Anyway, I haven't been following it to the letter and I'm ready to make that commitment, but I'm already 30 days out from ordering and I don't have access to the forum anymore and am not willing to pay for it.

Anyway, my question is that my shoulders are already at my VI, but I have about 5 inches to go on my waist and 3 on my hips, yes I'm a total banana right now:). So I was wondering if I should lift a little lighter on shoulder concentrated exercises.
