I started MFP almost one month ago. I love checking in and keeping track of the foods I eat and my exercise. I am trying my best to stay on track regardless of the "unchanging" numbers on the scale... I actually am gaining some weight. I am a little disappointed by the numbers, however reading the success stories on MFP have been extremely motivating. I do feel great with all of the physical activity I have been doing and am finally recovering well from a knee injury. I am looking for friends, so "friend me"!
