"Justin Gelband Workout" on Youtube

I used to do these regularly and they do actually work. Low impact, using your own body for resistance and you can add hand/ankle weights if you desire. (I'm not a sadist, so I personally don't). I found them very helpful esp when pressed for time and not requiring equipment or a great deal of space to move was a huge plus. My first time, I managed about 5 reps per side before I fell over, so start with what feels right for you and build from there.

Happy toning!
(ok, maybe not happy, but perhaps less grumpy?) :ohwell:
